Warranty
Every Neon Metal sign comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. It covers problems that come from how the sign was made.
What the warranty covers
- Print that peels, flakes or fades unusually fast under normal indoor display.
- Rust starting on a sign that was kept indoors and has not been scratched or chipped.
- Defects in cutting or finishing, such as rough edges that were present on arrival but noticed later.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear, such as small scratches from cleaning or handling.
- Damage from drops, impacts, bending, or drilling new holes.
- Rust or fading caused by long outdoor exposure, standing water or harsh cleaning chemicals.
- Spelling or wording mistakes that were entered at checkout.
- Damage during shipping. That must be reported within 7 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.
How to make a claim
- Email us your order number.
- Describe the problem and attach clear photos.
- Tell us where and how the sign has been displayed.
We review each claim and, if it is covered, offer a replacement sign or a refund.
Caring for your steel sign
- Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry it afterwards.
- Avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents, which can damage the printed surface.
- If a scratch exposes bare steel, keep that area dry to slow rust.
- For outdoor use, choose a covered spot such as a porch or carport to protect the sign from rain.
