Neon Metal is an online shop for personalized steel signs. We make name signs for garages and workshops, signs for home bars and game rooms, and retro-style pieces that borrow the look of old gas stations, diners and road signs, each one carrying the name or words you choose.
Who we are
We are a small team that handles the storefront, design proofs and customer support for every sign sold here. When you email us, the reply comes from the same people who review your text, lay out your sign and follow your order until it ships.

Our team is based in Vietnam. We answer email Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).
Why this shop exists
A sign with your own name over the workbench or behind the bar turns a corner of the house into a place that feels like yours. We opened Neon Metal to make that kind of sign simple to order online, with clear policies and a real person to talk to.
What we aim for
Our goal is straightforward: signs that look the way you pictured them, are spelled exactly as you typed them, and hold up on the wall for years. We would rather tell you honestly that a delivery date is tight than promise something we cannot meet.
How we make your sign
Every sign is made to order. Nothing sits pre-printed in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. After you place an order:
- We check your text and design details and contact you if anything looks off.
- Your sign is printed and cut on steel, which takes 4–6 business days.
- It is packed and shipped, with transit usually taking 5–8 business days.
Because each piece is produced for one customer, we do not keep finished stock, and that is also why our cancellation and return terms are set the way they are.
Who produces the signs
Printing and cutting are carried out by our partner metal printing and cutting workshops. We prepare and approve the artwork, send each job to production, and check order details before the sign is shipped to you.
