Track Your Order
Want to know where your sign is? Here is how an order moves from checkout to your door, and how to follow it.
Order stages
- Confirmed: payment is approved and you receive an order confirmation email.
- In production: your sign is printed, cut and packed. This takes 4–6 business days.
- Shipped: we email you a tracking number. US delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipping.
- Delivered: the carrier marks the parcel as delivered.
Find your tracking number
Look for our shipping email in your inbox. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder. If you created an account at checkout, you can also see order status under My Account.
Tracking has not updated
The first scan can take a day to appear after the label is created. If there has been no movement for several business days, email us your order number and we will check with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received
Check with neighbors, your building’s mail room or any safe spot where parcels are usually left. If the sign still cannot be found, contact us with your order number.
