These terms apply when you use neonmetalsign.com or buy from Neon Metal. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
We sell personalized steel signs that are made to order. Product photos show the design style; colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed sign, and the final sign shows the text you entered.
Personalization
- You are responsible for the spelling, wording and dates you enter. Please review them carefully before checkout.
- If something looks like a typo, we may email you to confirm. Production can wait until you reply.
- You must have the right to use any names, words or images you send us. We do not accept text or images that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that are hateful or unlawful, and we may cancel such orders with a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed through Stripe, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.
Production and shipping
Production takes 4–6 business days and US transit usually takes 5–8 business days. Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Cancellations, returns and warranty
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours; after that a 15% cancellation fee applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee for returns that are not caused by our error. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Signs carry a 1 year warranty. See Returns & Refunds and Warranty.
Intellectual property
The designs, text and images on this website belong to Neon Metal or are used with permission. You may not copy or resell them without our written consent. See our Copyright and DMCA pages.
Use of the site
Do not use the site for fraud, to interfere with its operation, or to collect other customers’ data. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper mounting or by uses the sign was not designed for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
