Shipping Policy
Each Neon Metal sign is produced after you order it. Delivery time therefore has two parts: the days we need to make the sign, and the days the carrier needs to bring it to you.
Production time
Printing, cutting and packing take 4–6 business days. Production starts once your order is confirmed. If we need to check spelling or other details with you, the clock starts after you reply.
Transit time
After the sign ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 5–8 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.
Shipping cost
- United States: shipping is free on every order.
- Other countries: International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your sign leaves production, we email you a tracking number. You can follow the parcel on our Track Your Order page or on the carrier’s website. Tracking can take a day to show its first scan.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address while the sign is still in production, but not after it has been handed to the carrier.
Customs and import charges
For orders shipped outside the United States, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.
Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs and peak holiday periods can slow delivery. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Steel signs can be bent or scratched if a parcel is mishandled. If yours arrives damaged, email photos of the sign and packaging within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
